RETURN POLICY: *Please contact us at returns@bruzelentertainment.com BEFORE returning any item(s). Information on how to correctly return an item needs to be emailed to you.* · Item(s) must be returned within: 7 days of delivery. · Refund will be given as: money back via the method in which you paid (e.g., credit card, Paypal, etc.). · Return shipping will be paid by: buyer, unless item was received damaged or incorrect item was sent. · For a FULL refund (minus shipping), item(s) must be in EXACT CONDITION in which it was received (books unmarked, DVDs still in plastic wrapping), otherwise only a percentage of the sales price will be refunded.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY: Payment may be made with a credit or debit card, or through Paypal. Orders will be shipped the next business day. (Excluded are pre-orders which will ship near or on release date, and where noted).
